EZ-Pass is an electronic toll paying system in the NY/NJ area. You get an electronic "thingy" for your windsheild and you go thru special lanes and the toll gets paid electronically. Your account is linked to your credit card.
Somehow Ron has hidden the little white box and you cant see it anymore.

Hey i thought it was cool when i covered mine in black vinyl and stuck it behind the tinted part of the windshield.

My guess would be its in the mirror.

While the hiding of the EZ-Pass is clever, keep in mind the driver may get fined going through the toll booth like that.

EZ-Pass has been making a stink about drivers not keeping the EZ-Pass on the windshied. They have threatened to fine people who do not properly install it on the windshield or attempt to hold it up while going through the booth. I don't know why they care so much about this but they do.

An alternative to the windshield it to get the one that mounts on the front license plate but its kind of ugly.

Hey Ron. How close did you match the color of the dash. Is there a spray or is it custom. I have a powder coat chip on a stock part and don't want to replace the whole thing. Nice work by the way.

I'm guessing he mounted under the rear deck so it can look up through the rear windshield...The GPS NAVI antenna is mounted this way......

Nice install but do get a matching bowling ball black face plate for the radio......

You don't have to make a face plate...BUY IT for $45 from exoticwooddash

BTW...The way I installed my pass thru ( here in TX it's EZ Pass) was to paint it FLAT BLACK put some velcro on it and stick it right behind the mirror in the dark tint bank...IT DISAPPEARS!!!

Hope this helps

It's a custom made piece - you can email me direct streeteffectz@streeteffectz.com or call 732.388.7000 for ordering info - do you want a true double din opening, or 2 DIN openings?
