I think the is "why custom mount the tweeter and not use the factory tweeter location."

The new location moved the tweeter a little closer to the woofer, but not much. Why not go lower on the door, where the fabric is?

We do this because those are MB-Quart series components with time delayed crossovers. The difference in the 6 inches of movement of the tweeter closer to the mid will be night and day when the system is complete.

Headunit is great, just waiting on the CellPhone Module to come out and then get XM, with a changer.

Are your steering wheel controls and Navi voice still functional? If this is lost then the tradeoff to me is not worth it.

Also, how easy is it to bring the car back to stock in case you want to sell it and keep all the toys?

The Navi voice can be done if you want to. I don't use the voice anyways, its annoying. Can pay someone to do it though, and no the steering wheel control doesn't work, but the remote it comes with is much better than the stock steering wheel.
