don't need a dvd player kinda just want a screen to compliment my other alpine unit. this way i can have games and stuff hooked up and i can hook up an alpine dvd player later on.

i would get the IVA-C800 but i hear problems with the screen coming out.

 

I've got a Sony XAV-7W. It's a motorized in dash 7" screen. I picked mine up from Circuit City for like $200 bucks. You can find them brand new in the box for about $500 on ebay. Mine was open box.

 

I have a IVA-C800 but its at a certified Alpine repair shop getting the problem u mentioned fixed. Once its out it will be good as new. Let me know if your interested.
