Location of Alarm Buzzer

Just wondering if anyone had ever found the location of the "BEEPER" from the alarm when you arm it. I think it is behind the engine on the passengers side. But have yet to find it.

Anyone ?

Cheers

i have to check my Helm manual on this, but i think its located behind the front wheel well alongside the fender (dont recall if its the left or right side). To get at it, you have to remove the tire, and then take out the plastic clips that hold the plastic wheel house on.

Thumbs up

Aye, i found it today, it is located on the Right side. No Need to take off the wheel though. Just the Mud Guard and the plastic clips along the wheel well. If you open the passenger door and look through the crack you can also see it.

For those of you wondering why i am look'n for it, i am replacing it w/ a more SAAB/BMW sounding Siren. I am also intigrating it into the alarm so when the alarm goes off so does the siren.

cheers

Marc
