A little help with wiring sub from JL A1400

I have a JL Audio A1400 monoblock sub amp and a single IDQ10D4 v.2 subwoofer. I want to wire the subs two voice coils in parallel so the amp sees a 2-ohm load. The amp is a mono amp, but has two sets of outputs (two + and two -) that are parallel to one another. My question is, do I just wire the subwoofer in parallel using one set of outputs from the amp, or can I wire each voice coil to a pair of outputs since the outputs are wired in parallel to begin with?

Most amps are internally bridged, so you'd be seeing the same thing. However, I like to do the old fashion way since it requires less wire

Good point, less wire. I'm just going to do it that way, easier too. Thanks a lot.
