line output convertor... how to connect

ok.. i havent done this since 1993 when i put my first system in my legacy. i used the stock radio and had an LOC put in. i'm putting a modest system into my sisters accord and she will use her stock radio.

i know that i'm supposed to tap into the speaker outputs on the headunit, is it for the front or rear? there are 5 wires, 2 green w/black stripe and 2 grey w/ black stripe. the last is for ground. can someone tell me how to do this?

this is the system i'm putting in thus far:

focal 136k components
a/d/s p440 amp for focals
mtx 280 amp for woofers
6" or 6x9 woofers in the back

I think you would tap the rear speakers in the trunk area? (That is how I did my CL-S)

that sounds like it could work.. since the signal is ouput directly to the speakers, but i'd be disconnecting the stock rears anyway. would it still work that way?
