what is a good enclosure 2 12s but i wanna try diffrent boxes
i currently have bandpass but i know it can alot louder than what it sounds now
-sealed
-ported
-bandpass
out of these three what would be best for bass not thumping,
but bass shaky
any one have good suggestions on
or give me pointers

 

From my past audio set ups....

Band pass is loud, but doesn't offer much range and is not that clean of a sound in my opinion. The box is medium size.

Sealed is nice. Has a nice range and the bass is tight and control, but you lose some on the volume. The box is usually smaller.

Ported will give you nice boom boom down the street The box is usually bigger. But you lose some on the range as well.

If you want bass that shakes and sets off alarms, go with a lot of power and go with at least 2 12s or 2 15s in a ported.

 

Go with the sealed ur better of it carries out more and the repsonse is nice especially if u have a nice interior setup.
