Hey there... I'm an audio/geek type, and I've recently been looking at a 2003 CL-S 6 speed that I'd want my iPod and/or computer aux out to plug into. This CL is pretty sharp, but the one issue is that the Acura factory stereo head unit is of course all built-in and it'd be a pain (or impossible) to replace w/ something new.

Since I'm a professional electronics/geek type by day, I have the knowledge/ability to do a small mod myself (where I'll basically use the tape channel internal input as a new aux input line that I'll run out (so things like iPods can be plugged in). I'm anticipating it to be quick patch (aside from molding removal to get at the internals).

Anyway, I just wanted to post here to catch any other people that may be interested in me documenting this mod so they can see it. I was planning on a full compliment of step by step pictures and dropping them on my homepage, etc. I figure there's tons of people here with iPods or other audio devices that would love to have an aux-input in their car.
