I tried search and there was just way too much to wade through...

I am definately going with a tvandnav2go unit. As i understand it the ICE ipod adapter works well with this. Now i currently have XM (and i would like to keep it). And i also dont want to use a 1/8" headphone jack as my input source...

What "channel" does the ipod work on? Most ppl who do a "text-enabled" ipod connection do it on XM cause it is the only one that supports text...but like i said i want to keep my xm.

Basically, i want to know what "audio" setting to use when watching movies on my ipod through the DOM unit, as well as when just listening to music through the ipod.

Sorry if this isnt clear, been sick and my brain still a lil fuzzy
