Hi! My iPhone 11 Pro is not connecting to USB data port ("There is no data detected. When safe, please check your device and try again."). When I plug in my iPhone, connection attempts go in an endless loop, each step takes about 3 seconds. The phone is not charging either.
I tried several USB cables.
Other iPhone models (iPhone 7, iPhone X etc.) work via USB just fine with my 2018 MDX SH-AWD w/Technology package.
My iPhone 11 Pro works just fine with every other car that I tried, including a newer Acura TLX model.
Bluetooth connection works, but it's sluggish and less informative compared to a wired USB link.
SB 18-060 is a software update for the audio unit that may fix the problem. Symptom: "The audio unit will reboot on its own at times or CarPlay does not work after iPhone Updates".
