ICE-LINK installed and mounted with ProClip (pictures)
last week my girlfriend bought me the ice-link for my birthday so i took out all the other junk (belkin auto kit and ground loop isolator). i had the stupid thing just hanging there for a few days while i waited for the proclip to arrive. i left the snhond3 in the car and just attached the ice-link to the control module - works like a charm. the proclip arrived today and i ran outside to put it in the car. they say undo one screw and it takes less than a minute to install... they lie. first of all the proclip for the tsx/accord does not fit correctly. theres a clip at the skinny end that goes into a hole in the plastic molding which is too big for that hole. so after fighting with it for a few minutes i clipped off a little piece of the plastic and it fit... but it broke. great. so i improvised and drilled a hole into the center console and screwed the end of the proclip in. i will paint that screw black at some point but right now it doesnt bother me. ALSO, the proclip is marketed with the ice-link as being the perfect mount... wrong again. the holes in the mount for the icelink do not line up with those in the proclip. i used some double-sided gel tape to stick the ice-link to the proclip. ugh. i am going to write the proclip/dension people and telling them that their product sucks.
BUT now that its all done it actually looks pretty good :P

it was 30 bucks. i only want it visible when driving because i have a lot of live music that just starts out as people clapping... i would have NO idea what song was playing =) i dont like the design all that much either but i cant see it from the drivers side so it doesnt bother me!!! lol
