I have 6.5" spkrs in front doors and 5.25" spkrs in the rears. These will fit w/o cutting the metal part of the door.
However, if you've been reading all the other posts on this subject, you'll know that your aftermarket spkrs will not fit in the plastic "basket" that hold your 6" stock Bose spkrs. You will have to make adapters to hold your new spkrs to the metal door panels. I used MDF to make 1" thick adapters to match stock spkr mounting depth.
