i need help

I have a'96 acura 2.5TL i was just wondering how do take off these door panels to upgrade my stock speakers. Plus what size are those tweeters above my head and top corners of the dash.

to take off the door panel, just unscrew the screw by the door lock and in the handle located on the power windows control
