yep, that is what i did..and ya want to know why??? i went to competition 2 weeks ago in corpus christi and some of ya'll know i only hit 128.9 w/my 3 10" solos....well, i was expecting somewhere around 143-5dbs...as soon as i saw the score, i knew it had to be phase related and guess what...!??!?!?! what else would/could it be...right, right. i just cked tonight and i was right...i knew my new tls couldnt be so different from my cl that the bass would be that weak...sometime between cars i got one of the subs out of phase...aaaaaaaaaaaaarggggggggggghhhh, now i have to enter another comp and get 1st place and beat that snickering SOB who thought i simply had a weak install....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Dude that sucks. I hit higher in that in my High School sound off.

I bet you will take him next time. How did you miss that your sub was out of phase? Didn't you test it before you went to the competition?

its a common mistake, and becuase im not a seasoned competitor, nor do i really care what place i get, i never ck anything. i always go for the fun and chance to ck out other cars
