Hum while driving/pressing on gas?
I just had my entire system replaced - Alpine 9831, JL Audio sub & speakers, Eclipse 85WX4 Amp and noticed as soon as I pulled out that there was a hum/feedback coming through the speakers when I was driving or otherwise pressing on the gas while parked.
What gives? How can this be fixed? Was the install not done correctly? As always, your help is much appreciated.
Thank you.

It has something to do with your wires... wires give out a magnetic charge that when 2 wires are put together... the stronger magnetic feild will interfer with the other causing the hum or weezing noise through the speakers... try seperating the wires and keeping your systems wires away from your cars stock ones... good luck and hope this kinda helps...

95% of the time you have a ground problem. Check all grounds, If you have a aftermarket head unit try grounding the head unit seperately. The factory has everything behind the dash is all grounded to the same point. Make sure the RCA's and the power wires are not ran on the same side of the car. Depending on the size of the power wire you used, you might put a bigger gnd wire from the battery to the frame of the car.
You can also search google for alternator wine. hope this helps
