HU or new mids/amp?
the reason i want a new HU is because it will SHOW. i want one with a screen so it'll be all flashy. but the price is holding me back
since i cant do JUST the mids or JUST the amp, i have to do them both at the same time. but thats gonna be a pain. im gonna be there for a week running new wires to the doors, etc.
so, head or mids/amp?which will i see a bigger improvement out of?

Tough call, but i'd go with a head unit, but if they put out too much power, or only have rca outs like mine, you will end up amping and replaceing the stock stuff...

I would go with an HU and speaker upgrade. A friend of mine just replaced his equipment in his TL and it sounds pretty good. He only did the work last week and and now he is installing an amp and Sub this week. I was contiplating the same thing and couldnt decide what to do first. So I decided to do the whole system swap. Too bad the shop was too busy to start work on my car this week. I guess I will just have to wait another week before they get started. I will post the pics of the system as soon as it is complete.
