How to power stock deck?

How to power stock deck?
I'm wondering if it's possible to power the stock deck off a battery or power adapter? I've tried to connect the constant power, main power, and ground, but it doesn't turn on. Any suggestions?

you also need to figure out the ignition pin...or was that one of those you described? make sure the power source is 12 volts.

I'm trying to connect it to a 12V lead-acid battery...I'll try connecting the remote turn on switch. Thanks.

hmm...I tried that too and that didn't power it either...anyone else have any more suggestions?
