How much Dynamat is enough?

How much Dynamat is enough?

im sure you can never have enough but how much is adequate?
i want to do the trunk my subs are making some bad rattles.
i got 4 4sq ft packs of dynamat extreme, what are the areas i should pay attention to when applying it

Just put on small amount until the rattle goes away. Then you know you've got enough on. You don;t want to waste it by putting too much.
