I'm not sure about the wattage or ohms, but the location of that amp is on the bottom side of the rear shelf on the right side (as you're looking in the trunk).
It's a small black box with cooling slots.

Yep,
1/2 ohm 100w.
Fla-Tls,
Not sure what car you have but you can't see the amp from the trunk. You are looking at the window antenna coil. The sub amp on 99-2003 TL is located behind the rear seat bench in the area of the rear right strut tower and it is silver. To get to it requires pulling the bottom rear seat and the rear back rest.
2k3tl,
Not sure what your deal is, and don't get me wrong, I think it's great you have such a nice vehicle at 16 but from an older guy who's first car was a '73 Buick Lesabre you could be a little less Austentacious(look it up).
BTW, where in cheese land are you? I grew up in Edgerton which is exactly between Janesville and Madison. I went to college in both Platteville and also Menominee.
Cheers,
Iggy

I hate to be jealous of today's youth... rather I would like to be happy for them... but as you say, it doesn't need to be rubbed into our faces...
Just remember, YOUR WORK RIDE, is MILES ABOVE any TLS, BIMMER, or BENZ!!!
Thanks for your help in talking down zotl, and helping out Taestee... Phew! I hope zotl recovered from his disaster???
Have a great 4th! Southy
