How to install a sound processor?
Currently, I have a 2004 Acura TSX with navi and I am wanting to add on a sound processor before I add on my amps. Question is, what do I connect into the imputs of the sound processor? Here is an example of a processor that I am looking at, http://www.crutchfield.com/p_136441D...eep.html?tp=84
Since the TSX has a factory crossover in the front for the factory tweeters and midrange, which wires do I run into the processor for the front imput?

The crossover is actually built into the factory amp. Since you are installing your own amps, you'll be bypassing the factory amps.
You're going to be grabbing the output from the Factory HU and feeding the wires into the JL Cleansweep. Then at that point, you'll feed the signals to your factory amps via RCA.

You don’t need the clean sweep; you can take the output from the Premium HU right back to any amp with balanced inputs (like the JLs) and your good to go. The Premium HU has no EQ or volume based Bass cut/boast, all the EQ is in the amp. Adding the clean sweep will add another A/D and D/A conversion and just degrade the signal.
I make a 12ft harness that plus in behind the “not an ashtray” thing. You don’t have to pull out the HU.
Check the FAQs for info on accessing the factory amp and the connectors.
Put the clean sweep budget into your speakers and amps.
PM me if you need a harness.
