How do I change the speakers?

I'm trying to change my rear 6x9's. Do I have to take out the back seats? I think I saw pics of how to do this, if anyone knows how to please post the link. I can't stand those weak bose speakers. Thanks.

no need to remove the rear seats. you need to remove 2 screws that hold the grill in place for each speaker. these screws are accessed via inside the trunk. the screws, i think are kinda gold or brass in color. when done, from the inside of the car, pull or push the grills forward towards the front of the car. then pop them up. remove the grill and you should see 4 screws holding the speakers down. before removing the speakers, i would detach the connectors that connect the + and - wires to the speakers first from inside the trunk. installation is the reverse of removal. hope that helps.
