how to change the blue light ?

Pull straight out on the pocket (not o nthe door), the light is on top, just twist it out.
As a note, there is a Blue Filter in the bulb holder that makes the light blue. So if you are wanting another color, you will need to pop it out.

someone on this forum said M$ windows is on the Nav system, can you confirm that ?

It's a basterdised version of Windows CE... Can't really tell you more than that, it was PRMan that was decoding all of the software. But that was a year ago on the other site, he doesn't post much anymore.
