Hooking up a Dell DJ mp3 player

I know flavors of this question have been answered here, but they have all dealt with the iPod. I got a great deal on a Dell DJ so I went with that.

It has a standard headphone "out" jack, which is what I guess I'd have to hook it up to the car with.

So how do I go about doing this?

I have a 2004 TSX with Navi. From what I've read the SHOND3 is part of the solution, but I don't quite get how the wiring works and if it will work with a 2004 with Navi. I do not have XM and don't anticipate ever really getting it, so that's a non-factor.

Thanks,
LN

I think it would be the same as the IPOD hookups.

Is there anything required other than the SNHOND3 and a RCA to Headphone jack wire?

I read somewhere that b/c it has Navi there is something else required, but it never specified.

Thanks, LN.

I heard some talks about a ground loop adapter or something, but do a search or just yell for the Eldude!

Definitely don't do that from work. Go home and do it. If you're up to paying $0.99, iTunes is alright as well.

Another quick question regarding my original question...if I get the SNHond3, GLI (do I need that on an '04 TSX w/ Navi?), and the Accord harness-thingy...can I take it to the Acura dealership and have them install it? I'm not about to go screw something up with my car.

Im not sure if Acura will do it since it's non-standard. I am thinking about eventually doing the same and would take it to a professional auto sound shop.
