I don't know if I'm not allowed to post here, but I'm not a member of any other forum...but I have a question regarding stereo systems. I have a 1996 Honda Accord LX and my girlfriend has a 1999 Honda Civic and i was wondering if I could put her civic factory radio into my accord and use it and a list of what I would need for it to work. The civic radio would fit in with some mods, but y wouuld u even do that? the harnesses arent the same and the radio sounds like crap, u can get a basic aftermarket cd player for $200 and it will come with the plug and play harness and dash kit so it fits perfectly into your accord. sell your girls stereo on ebay or something. I had a 96 accord before and ive done installs on civics as well. It would be a hastle plus u would have to cut and solder wires for it to work.

 

it's cause I have an aftermarket mp3 player in my accord..and I just wanted to give it to her to put in her civic before I traded it in to get my TL ...
