After many moons & many Ipod adapters(tried them all) that did not work in my 03 CLS, I picked this Blitzsafe HON/M-Link1 DMX V.1 adapter up from the black market. The thing works great! Very simple install, worked first try. I only have volume controll from the HU, but it charges the ipod, & there's no delay switching inputs.
This is a very good solution for those that haven't had luck getting the other Ipod adapters to work right in their CLS.
