I've heard these amps are really nice and that they're worth every dollar. i'm looking around to getting at least an amp pushing 1000w at two ohms at a decent price too. so yeah and people are telling me that hifonics amps are the way to go... any body disagree

 

So are you looking for a 1000w mono amp or 2x 1000 at 2 ohms

This HiFonics amp is realy nice but its alittle pricey, as well as being over 30inches long thus it could be a tough fit without some custom work:

I would asume you are looking to push a set of 12's or 15's with that type of power, I would roll with duel mono block amp's rather than a 2x1000 amp. What is your budget?
What sub's will you be pushing?

 

i have a 1000 watt mono hifonic amp. im running it at one ohm. damn thing makes my sub hit hard and hasn't missed a beat in 4 years.

 

Hifonics amps are good quality, def not top notch, but worth every penny from my experiences.

I have 2 in my CL and 1 in my Pathfinder. No problems yet, all over 3 years old
