HID replacement

So both my hids went out, i dont know if its the bulb or the ballast, but i was going to order a new set. What is the right set to order? Its for a 1999 Acura Tl

Im new here, does anyone know if the 2000 Acura 3.2TL come equipped with a relay for the HID lighting system? Both my HID lights dont work, Im trying to troubleshoot the problem. Thanks.
