Car/brand/temp HID's would help... The more info you give, the better answer you'll likely get...

I am not sure which brand or color temp you are using but, I have been using 12,000k bulbs in my 96 3.2 TL for the past 4 years and have not had this problem. Mine starts out as a white-ish/blue-ish then fades to a bluish/purlple. Good luck on figuring it out.

Grab some new bulbs, 5000k or 6000k for temp.
It doesn't sound like they are getting old because HID's actually burn hotter the older they get so they would be turning more white and then blue-ish rather than yellow.

HID extra sells good cheap bulbs but if you want to go all out ~Philips~ I think... I'm kinda hungover and to tired to make sure if thiis is the right company... someone correct me if I'm wrong

I am sure you know but when you first flick on HIDs they are blue and then fade to a whiter color. Not sure if you just bought this car or what but that maybe what you are seeing.

If not, are they both doing this? I would find it weird they both do it at the same time

Your bulbs are starting to burn out, they will eventually turn from orange to pink get new HID bulbs
