TL: helpp, instrument panal not lighting at night

helpp, instrument panal not lighting at night
I have a 2000 acura tl. My instrument panal, radio, clock. Does not light up when my headlights are on. They light up when headlights are off. Also installed 2 12s and a 600 watt amp. Is it due to the amp taking all the power. Fuses? Switches?
