hey guys, i'm in the market for an audio system and i have no idea what to get. right now, all i have is a Pioneer DEH-P6000 deck.

what i'm looking for is:

(1) 12" Subwoofer
(1) Amplifier

i'm just looking for system that will give my car some good, clean bass. i'm not trying to win a contest or anything. also, the budget is no more than $400. what do you guys recommend? thanks!

 

I'm actually getting ready to sell my Rockford Fosgate 450.2 amp for $200. PM me if you're interested. I'll try to post it in the BM later today when I can get home to pics... Then you could pick up any of a host of good subs for around 100-150.

Are you also including the cost of wires and box in that $400? Just a thought to keep in mind... Also, you might want to consider a 10" woofer. I have 1 10 in my CL, and it sounds much better than any of my buddies' systems (ranging from 2 10's to 3 12's).
