Help Installing Line Driver & removing stock amp.

I have a 2005 TSX with Navigation.

Ive decided to tap into the speaker channels through my USA Spec Ipod adapter harness that is already hooked up to my head unit.

I want to completely remove the stock amp so that I can mount the ARC Audio SRI-6 in its place.

Once I am tapped into the USA Spec harness and disconnect the stock amp. Is there something I have to do with the disconnected 14 pin stock-amp input and 20 pin stock-amp output harnesses?

Ive looked at some pinouts from the TSX Manual and noticed there are other wires in the 20 pin output harness that are not speaker channels.

Is this where the Civic Bypass harness comes into play? connect it to the post amp 20 pin harness and match the wires with either the wires coming directly from the head unit where i will be tapped into the USA SPEC harness? Or do I tap into the 14 pin pre-amp input harness?

Ive tried searching for the answer for days but have not been able to figure out exactly what to do.

Someone point me in the right direction. Thanks.
