help connecting video headrest and flip downs

so i havent touched my acura in ages...(5 months) and i wanna start using it again, I've turned it on once a month and did the oil changes accordingly but just haven had time to take it out, so here is my dilemma i have headrest with video monitors and a flip down now ive had these connected before but the issue is that when i have my music high for some reason it seems that music gets sent trough the video feed each time bass hits on a song, i can have it on mute and the video feed will be perfect. i have tried all power connections, radio/straight battery/ignition harness and nothing -__-, someone on here a while back told me to purchase a pie(noise filter) one for each monitor and connect it too my ignition wire and use that as power source instead of direct batter and that would fix the issue so i bought one just to see if it would work and it didnt make a difference maybe i installed it wrong? i would like to get them looking crisp so any ideas guys? tks

drew a diagram of the setup
