So, heres the story...I bought the car with a Pioneer Premier deh p760mp headunit installed, with a monster cable for the ipod hookup.
Long story short, the radio fuse blew, so when I replaced it and tested the radio it no longer recognizes the ipod.! There was 3 presets: Tuner, CD, and AUX. The ipod played off of the AUX, but after this fiasco there is no longer an AUX channel, only tuner and CD. Also, the entire unit is different with several different "themes" that were not available before, however I would rather my Ipod.

Any ideas? All help is GREATLY appreciated!

All Pioneer head units have a default setting of Aux 1 set to off. You have to turn it on. It varries depending on your unit, but the process is the same. first, make sure your car is on the acc or on. Manually turn off the unit. while in standby, hold the enter button (usually the volume knob) down for about 2 seconds. you will enter the menu screen. turn the knob until you get to Aux 1 "off" and turn it to "on". Hope this helps.
