Hardware for in-dash Navigation install?
I've seen photo's on here, so I know some of you guys have done it.
What's the correct mounting kit for this installation? I've seen the universal kits, but I'd like to use a model specific one if they're available. I checked Metra (http://www.metraonline.com/default.aspx), but they don't make one for the 1st gen CL and none of the Accord ones look right either.
Also, what harness would I need? The navigation unit I'm purchasing is the Pioneer AVIC F90BT.
No one on avic411.com has done this to a CL.
Any help would be very much appreciated.

I used the best kits double din kit.
http://bestkits.com/SearchResults.as...996%20-%201999
Thats the link to the kit and the harness is on the same page with the model numbers.

Thanks for the reply. Is part # BKHA1566B the correct one? The others look to be split and have a pocket.
I've read on another board that you don't need the mounting kit, just a trim piece. Any truth to that?

Yes the 1566 is the double din. You basically just get a trim ring and a couple ISO brackets with it.
Metra 99-7801
or
Scosche HA1566B I went with the scosche.
$30 is wayyy too much to pay for that kit. You can get it direct from scosche for $20. http://www.scosche.com/products/productID/97
