Carmedia1 = lots of bad experiences - check out rec.audio.car newsgroup before buying from ANY online retailer...

Also note - most of the these places are NOT authorized dealers - whats that mean to you? When your unit breaks, they aren't gunna fix it...... Neither will the manufacturer... So either spend the extra money and get it from an authorized dealer, or know going into it that if you have problems, your screwed.... The ONLY authorized on-line sales place for clarion is crutchfield, the rest are brick and mortar mom and pop shops.

I can get the VRX925VD for $1100, however they are on nationwide backorder :-(

I am located in Marietta. Currently I do not have a shop, but am seriously looking. Location is everything so I don't want to just jump into the first available place I see. Especially considering that 3 of the big time car audio shops locally have gone out of business in the last 6 weeks.
