Goodbye bose...

Hey guys, I want to take out my front bose speakers, shove 2 eclipses
and then I want to take out my whole head unit and put in An AlpineUSA D900 Dvd Player

THEN, I want to fill that sub hole thats above the backseat by possibly hiding an amp in there?
And putting another amp and a DUB7 13" JL W/ another amp

good idea?

Would I still have enough trunkspae?

Sounds like a plan to me. You are only limited by your imagination. The Alpine is a great unit and the W7 speaks for itself. Keep us updated and post some pics.

Alot of people go the JL route using a 300/4 and 500/1 or 1,000/1. Again, like Shawhite said, budget will play a huge role. JL makes great stuff but, it is pricey. Xtant, Phoenix Gold Ti series, Arc Audio, and if money is no object Helix or Brax. A good lower cost amp is Memphis. I have a Memphis Belle in my TL. Does 75 x 4 and 1,100 x 1 @ ohm. I also have a MC2004 and MC500d in anther vehicle. They sound great, are very small in size and put out good, clean power for not alot of money. Throw out a budget figure and we can suggest more specifics if you want.

your budget is 4k... you can pretty much get anything you want... i would suggest the w7 for the sub... why did you choose eclipse for the front stage... why not focal, diamond audio, jl audio, boston acoustics or mb quarts... as for amps i like jl audio or phoenix gold ti series (you should be able to get them for a steal since they are a discontinued model.. )

For the fronts, you need to try and find a shop where you can listen to as many as possible. If you just want opinion, I would go with Diamond Audio Hex, Focal, or maybe Diamond Z series. The new components from JL are supposed to be really nice as well.

if you are not willing to modify your tl then you are going to be pretty limited to what you can go with.. i would say look at the cdt cl6xb speakers.. they have the axis mounting for the tweeter and will fit in the tl door with a 3/4 in spacer.. most 6.5 are going to require at least a custom spacer if not trimming a little of the door... if you dont want to worry about any of that go with some 5.25 almost any 5.25 will fit with little to no modifications (maybe a spacer but thats it...
