Whats a good 12" wit a lot of excursion and that will handle 450 watts RMS under 300 bucks.

Dern... read the little description... How do you connect the beast to the deck without it colapsing on you... 40lbs. is substantial when traveling over bumps...

 

Although the Brahma is turning out to be an incredible sub, I don't think he would have enough power to run it to it's full potential.
I would stick with the same co. and consider the Shiva in a 1.3 sealed cube. It's a 8 DVC giving you a single 4 ohm load.

Don't let the looks or price fool you, you be hard pressed to find an equal under ~$250, IMO.
If it turns out you don't like it, then return it (30 days), sell it, or put it into a sealed/ported box for a HT sub with the $119 plate amp from partsexpress.

 

I really like Eclipse subs.......they are expensive, but sound great.

 

JUSt got back from Ultimate audio and traded in my Type R for a 12 solobaric. I am much happier. I am still using my 500s amp to power it and its so damn loud.

 

My Kicker Comp VR 12" sounds mighty, no regrets for the price
