Fog lights question please help!!!

Is there a way to just have on the fog lights for a second gen 2003 tl 3.2 type-s ??? With out the heads lights being on ??? Email me asap please studda22@gmail.com

I too would like to do this.. I could do it on my 02 volvo s40 which was a great little feat.
