Fiberglassed the sunglass holder right out of the car! :) PICS!
Ok, here it is...I still have to put the bass knob in the middle of the two lower switches, but here's my handy fiberglass work and color matched paint job:

Looks good... try a larger and flatter knob, more like the radio knobs... and it should blend in almost totally.
