TL: Engine REV Noise in Speakers.

Engine REV Noise in Speakers.
Soo IM the Newbie from the other Thread!
I Recently Installed a 4 Channel Amp (Is not the AMP, Tested on Another Car 100% Fine) to my TL-S but sadly it started to pass trough engine rev sounds to my Speakers! So I Did everything in the Book to try to eliminate without any real Results...
1.- Grounded Directly HU to Battery
2.- RCAs/Remote and Power go trough each side of the TL not even near each other.
3.- Grounded my AMP incredible well.
4.- Grounded my AMP (With 16AWG) to my HU Chasis
NOTHING!
But I Found out something! If I Ground my Negative RCA Shields to the HU the sound completely go away, If I stop grounding my RCAs the REV noise comes back! Whats Up?
I used like that for a few minutes and No Engine REV sound coming from the speakers AT ALL deadly silent (Aside from the music).
Soo I Dont know what to do? It is OK to leave it like that or what???? It doesnt sound bad at all its incredible crisp and clear but if I stop grounding them the Engine REV comes Back! So What Am I Supposed to do?...
My Main Concern is if Something could go wrong if I Ground the RCAs to the HU Chasis permanently if my HU is Already grounded Directly to my Battery????
The Head Unit is a Kenwood DDX514
RCA cables are some Rockford Fosgate something...
