Having any load "at all times" will drain your battery, however .03 amps isn't a ton of current for a good battery, but drawing 24/7 is a problem. What do you have that's draining your battery constantly?

Emergancy siren in my Explorer. It's connected directly to the battery as per the instructions. It sits idle at .03 amps untill it's switched on & in use. Been a few days so far & I don't see any problem.
Just wondering if that's a low enough load to not have to worry about it as long as I don't let the truck sit for days.
