yea its been awhile since he's been on. hope all is well and he's just reall busy

 

i called the store, his partner answered and i spoke to him for a few. they are swamped and he hasn't forgotten about us...i guess they are extremely busy....i'll try to call and speak directly with ken tomorrow....

 

He doesn't seem to come by here too often anymore, but he recently posted and said he can be reached at: el_duderino@comcast.net

I emailed him with some questions about his Avincar system and he responded.

 

He'll be back soon guys.. He's still playing catch up from his vacation.. And I think business has been very well for him.. He's got to take care of the store front before he can focus back on the AzuraZine.. Priorities..

I wonder if he remembers his group buy threads here and the people who sent money to him and have been waiting for a couple of months with no replies? Luckily Paypal consumer protection recovered my money for me.

Nope. I just waited and waited a couple of months like a couple of other people who paid. Then I contacted paypal complaint department to resolve it.

I dont know the guy's situation, so Im not going to criticize the way he conducts his business. He has provided proven information, tips, and products in the past here. Many of his tips have helped me in my system design and I was considering his speaker upgrade.

Im just dissapointed in the way he abandoned his group buy here and some of its later participants. Luckily I got my money back, I heard from 2 others that are stuck out, no refund or product.

 

Wait, he collected money from people, couldn't produce a product and never refunded their money?

Can anyone else attest to this? This is disappointing (if true), as I was considering ordering an Avincar kit from him.
