First, an answer to your question. Yes, you can get an interface to run an aftermarket head unit with your stock system. Check out http://www.davidnavone.com/adaptor_products.htm. He makes high quality adapters although you might have to email him for the exact adapter you need.

Soapbox. Why are you going with an expensive CD player first? I am putting a Navone LOC (Line Output Converter) to use the stock deck with an aftermarket system. The weakest link on your system isn't the deck, it's the speakers and to a lesser extent the amps. You would get better sound by replacing the other components and then replacing your deck. I am not replacing my deck now because I don't want to screw up the aesthetics of the car. I think the deck with a high-quality LOC will sound really good. Just my opinion. Off Soapbox

I disagree, I think the head deck blows. It seems to have too many safety limiters on it. Like it tends to cut to bass at full volume. I dont like a head deck that you can tune it with it maxed out. The voltage output on that thing prob. sucks anyway. I am preety sure it is distorting my subs. I think the speakers have more potential then the deck alows it to prove.
