e-brake actuator

Alright guys & gals, I know you guys have done this -- at least one of you. I am looking for a system to replace my e-brake pedal for the placement of speaker kick panels. Has anyone done this? My thoughts were either to use a linear actuator or just use a line lock on the brake lines and use the standard brake lines.

Heh heh heh have fun...uhm...what exactly are you putting in the kickpanels to make them need to be that deep? I know kickpanels that big would bother the crap out of me while driving...

Well, they arent gonna be THAT big but I would like the cludder out of the way. They are just 6.5 components ....

Why not make it easy on yourself by placing the 6.5" components in the doors, and any mids and tweeters in small kickpods in the floor like I am?

Then you should be able to make a small enough kickpanel to fit...maybe with some handy craftsmanship...that's my plan.

to tell you the truth, I would feel better without a foot brake anyways.... I think I am gonna go with a line lock.
