Could someone tell me if the harness needed to plug in aftermarket speakers to the factory harness in the doors is the same as the CL or Accord? I'm not talking about the head unit, just the door speaker harness (to plug in the + and -). I really don't want to chop up the wires.

I tried the search but no specific answer or part numbers.

Crutchfield's site says it does not know what fits the vehicle.

Cardomain's site lists- METRA part number 72-7800 for the CL and MDX.--is this the one?
