I have e-mailed 3 times and then tried calling,the guy who answered the phone said I had to e-mail ron.Big circle and all I want is a faceplate,someone please help.

 

the only way to contact Ron is through their website e-mail and here, but use the Streeteffectz one, he checks that every day I hear....use info@streeteffectz.com. There is no phone over at their installation facility....he always get's back to us the next day.....he's busy as shit so be patient.....it's worth the wait
