DMX Camera in 2004 TL & Second Screen Option
Does anyone know how to get the MDX rearview camera option for the 2004 TL so that I can see objects behind me in the Navi screen?
Also, I see that the TSX has a second screen option, has anyone tried to have the dealer install this unit in the 2004 TL?
I've read the posts on the AVElectronic product, but I could not find information about hooking up a second screen or if you could tie the unit into the surround sound system. Is this possible? Do you need another DVD unit for the videos so that the Navi DVD can stay dedicated?
As I am new, sorry for the ignorance if I could not find these answers already in a prior post.
Any help or direction is greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Brian

Mighta misread something, never heard of a second screen on a TSX. There is somebody who didn't have nav and put his own screen in by the shifter on top of the cubby holes
If you have the avelectronics unit your reverse camera will just display on stock nav screen when you are in reverse. Any camera would work, but the MDX and Lexus RX might be good choices as they are more discrete. Sure they cost a lot, contact a dealer for prices.
