Sup y'all,

I was just wondering if ne1 had heard good things about MA Audio amps cause I recently just purchased one. I will get it shipped to me a week or so. The model is SY7011DX
1800watts Class-X mono amp. Here are the specs:

Rms Power @14.4V DC
1 x 750W @ 4 Ohm
1 x 1000W @ 2 Ohm
1 x 1500W @ 1 Ohm

Rms Power @17V DC
1 x 1000W @ 4 Ohm
1 x 1500W @ 2 Ohm
1 x 1800W @ 1 Ohm

What kind of sub should I get for this amp? I plan on only gettin one 10" sub. Or should I go 2 10's? I was thinkin of runnin' 2ohm-4ohm. what are you guys runnin' on ur sound system. Just curious.

P.s. this was an upgrade from what I had b4. A 5ch Sony amp that was just runnin' a Sony 10.

 

17v ....... Where would you get this from unless you get somekind of special transformer built ?

 

10" or 12" Adire Brahma sealed will gladly take that power.
