Dice playlist mode operation

Dice playlist mode operation
I'm operating a Dice Silverline unit in CDC and Locked mode with an iPod (5th generation 80G software version 1.2.3).
I select Playlist mode (Disc 2). The CD display shows Disc 2 and plays track 1 of the album 1 of the playlist.
I turn off ACC, then turn on again.
The CD display briefly shows Disc 2, then reverts to showing Disc 1 Track 1, and the Dice unit apparently is in Track mode. It continues playing track 1 where it left off, then after completing the album, plays the next album in the music library -- not in the playlist.
Does this happen with anyone else's installation?
