Alright, I have been using my iPhone in my car with the Dice Silver Line since it came out in Jan with no problems. Today I was listening to it and it started to act weird with airplane mode coming up again and again and then I started to smell burning electronics. The iPhone connector was smoking so I quickly unplugged it. The phone was burning hot and the airplane mode was popping up again and again but the phone seemed to be working just really hot to the touch. It was fully charged and died within an hour and wouldn't charge or turn on. I left it alone and bought a new phone but now it will come to the charge screen but wont get out of the red charge. Did the Dice fry it and any ideas how to fix it?

It probably could of fried the phone, did you try checking your battery on the old phone? That might be the problem, bad batteries makes phones go crazy sometimes.

 

wow, now i'm glad I decided to hook my iphone up to my dice in a different manner.
